easier to install the 4th gear from an 8V than chase the 16V specific pinion probably.
I am, not sure what you mean by that. The 020 is plenty strong if its built right. And by built right I don't mean stock internals with some crazy high undercut pinion like a 4.8 or 5.07.Sorry, figured you were working on a rally car.
I gave up on the 020 after our Hoer R&P died in 2012 or whenever it was.
