Are you talking about Sweden? Finland isn't a snow rally. The Swedish Rally is the one that occured last month.

- Cost? A lot...USD is down 40% to Euro
- It's still worth to see "The Gravel GP" - the fastest WRC rally among other 500 000 fanatics
- KLM tix $ 1250 r/t, motel $ 80/nite, car rental $ 50/day, food $ 20-30/day and drinks $ 100/nite (just kidding..)
- You don't need an expensive rental. All action is in downtown and buses and friendly locals will take you to the stages for pennies..or beer. I always hook up with a local gang, they know the best spots.
- 10-14 day trip; You can blow $ 5000 (plus plane fare) or you can get by on $ 1000 (plus plane fare)

A unforgettable deal at twice the price.

And this year with Group F cars too, so after the heros and the fastest cars go by there will be something to look at! A bonus!

- Yes! GpF is incredible popular!
- They take 70 cars which run 100km (62 miles) of best, fastest and most spectacular stages on Saturday. There's is a rumour; they MAY run first!..if FIA let it happen.

- NOTE: Foreign GroupF drivers are welcome! Rent a top notch 2wd and go and taste WRC for peanuts (unless you wreck, an easy thing to do)

From a previous post by Topi :

"Finnish GrF minimum weight:
EngCC / Min Weight(2-Valves/cyl) / W(4-5-V per cyl)

1000 / 1475 lbs / 1585
1400 / 1762 / 1850
1600 / 1872 / 2026
2000 / 2048 / 2202
2200 / 2136 / 2268
2500 / 2268 / 2379
3000 / 2445 / 2533

- This is working very well. Many different cars and engine sizes are competative.
- Anything else is free except no expensive seq gear boxes
- The fire wall must be stock in stock location, rest can be modified to fit gear box, rear end (type is free) and suspension is free

EDIT - ADD:
- Every front runner have 5.0+ final ratio, even FWD cars
- Peltone's Starlet and all Corollas run Finnish made 6.14
- Cossie above has 5.77
- BMWs, MB-16Vs, Volvos usually run Volvo 5.38
- RWD Gear boxes are 1:1 hi gear"
