Where is none of the above?

Acually I think the question should probably have read "How are performance rally decisions made?" Then the answer probably is; The BOD, Kurt, and a Manufacturer's Council Liason tell the PRB how it's going to be. ;-)
As it is currently worded, I think the third answer is correct, but I don't think the BOD rep. actually votes.

And the answer is

The correct answer is A.) Seven SCCA members.

The Board of Director liason is not a member of the PRB and has no vote on membership decissions.

The BoD Liason has the responsiblity of making sure that the volunteer staff of the PRB works in time manner and conducts themselves in a business like fashion.

If you got this correct, congrats! If you didn't, don't feel bad, I had to ask the Performance Rally Director what the correct answer was.

Actually, it is a chairman and up to six other members,
so it doesnt have to be 7 (1.2.B).

Well, the rulebook lists him as a member of the PRB (also 1.2.B) and doesn't specify that he has special status.
