Sebastien Loeb can tie the WRC wins-in-a-year record set by Auriol in '92 at 6 wins, but he's gotten an unprecedented 16 opportunities to do it. I don't have my WRC bible in front of me (that nice 30-year history coffee table book -- I still need to find a coffee table), but I'm sure Didier had only 12 or 14 rallies (or less?) from which to garner his 6 wins. So, hopefully, not too much is made of Sebastien's 6 wins without taking this into consideration (not even mentioning that Didier's rallies were probably lengthier/tougher). With that in mind, I wonder if anyone actually has a better one-year win percentage than Didier?
