I'd think that for this crowd, Rally World, Sport Compact Car, and Racecar Engineering should be on the list ahead of many there. Of those listed, I read Grassroots.
Car And Driver
Sports Car (when there is nothing else to read)
Sport Compact Car
RallyXS
Rally World
Racecar Engineering
Grassroots Motorsports
and something that I am forgetting.
I like Track and Race Car, it is rumoured to be the replacement for the now defunct Car and Car Conversion. It covers clubman level racing in the UK and does cover rallying.
Sport Compact Car. Usually some kind of rally coverage every month. Plus Dave Coleman and Josh Jacquot (two main editors) are rally whores who compete periodically. Tim McKinney does the event coverage.
Where can I subscribe to Racecar Engineering? That is the best mag ever. It's like porn for race car builder/engineer/geeks. Used to get it in Deetroit, but can't find it in Wisconsintucky.
Need to subscribe to RallyWorld as well. Every issue I've seen looks better than the previous one.

Circle Track, maybe the best US mag for how cars work.
Cars and Car Conversions till they quit.
Rally World, if I can borrow it
Not interested in the "wish book" magazines.
>my newest guilty indulgence is a mag called MPH. It's
>actually a very entertaining read, and doesn't take itself
>too seriously.

I recently picked that one up as well. They looked pretty slick for a first issue, then I checked the masthead...they're owned by the same company that publishes The National Enquirer
