Went to the dyno on Saturday. Then rallycross on Sunday. Still need to work out the bugs - engine was bogging during the rallycross on when I hit the bumps. Glad to discover this issue before Rally Colorado.

Well that doesn't look like a rally car. But it is a parts car to a rally car. I disassembled it a little bit more today.

I like the Vanagon in the picture. I have 3, and run a mk2 GTI in stage rally.

Since i want to see the resurrection of Special Stage, I had better post something. We just ran SOFR, and CUPR. I'm not sure I'd recommend running two rallys in two weeks, but so be it. We broke a plastic coolant tee and had to field improvise with some black pipe. To correct the problem, we spun up a real one:

Later at SOFR, we broke a motor mount that took us out. In the week between races, we built the tee and replaced the mount:
