Post at your own risk. In the next few days anything can happen. Don't be shocked if we need to reset things once or twice to get it fully functional. If you find the forum up, consider it a "beta test" at this point. ;-)
Love the new look. It sucks that we lost all that discussion text, but them's the breaks, as it were. Or, Force Majeur! (loosely translated to me the first time as "Sh*t Happens!") Best of luck with the new provider, tell them it's gonna grow fast.
Thank you George, Jim, Ben, Jeff and anyone else for keeping all us rally forum junkies from going into withdrawl. (Check "Who's online" to find out who the real forum junkies are.)
Thanks everyone for the great comments. But the real work done by George and Jim have really been a huge over the last 24 hours.
The re-launch of _this_ site was not to happen until the 1st of April. So that fact that the boys didn't sleep last night so that we can all play on this site shows their huge dedication to the sport and to the rally community.

"WHOOMAH" is more a MiDiv thing than an Okie thing. It originated with the C-Production Solo II guys in Nebraska (running around parking lots in V8 Mustangs elicits such exultations, I guess) and it spread quickly across the division and into road racing circles. I started in with the rally version at STPR last year. It works, try it some time - just make sure it originates in the diaphragm or it'll sound pufta.
