This could go in world, or Canada, or Mexico, but I'm going to post it here because -- in a perfect world -- someone here might benefit.
World Rally News and others are reporting that the FIA is considering a new team rule, that for three (and presumably more) driver teams, at least one of the drivers must never have won a WRC event at the start of the season.
In theory, if the economy picks up and we see more three driver teams, this would open up factory rides.
