How far away is the recommended accomodations from the Calgary airport? Rail Depot?

Will arriving on Thursday be soon enough?

When/how does geat get back to the rail depot? Trying to figure out what day we can depart as we're flying.

Hello John,

Airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel

Rail yard is less than that and previous years we were allocated time on Sunday to drop off the cars for transport back east.

We'll also help arrange with picking up the car(s) etc if necessary.

Thursday should be fine for arrival - assuming you have nothing to do on your car as Friday is a *full* day. Except you'll miss the media presentation at noon hour on Thursday.
