Logo design is great! However, the off-camber orientation of the ground line doesn't look quite right in that photo. With that photo, I'd prefer to see the ground line level.

Colors are terrific!

try the photo out mirrored.

It will mess up your text, but the human eye likes things to see things level, or running "uphill".

I like the photo at an angle. That way it makes me look straight staggering back from the bar.:+

it would still be angled.

the low side would just be on the left, rather than the right.
