Will someone please tell Eric Prill that Paul Choiniere is rallying a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon? The car debuted at the Cherokee Trails event last year, but it is an '03 model.

From what I understand, Paul lost his front diff early in the event. He managed to get it replaced and still got a podium finish. Great job, as usual...

The group I was with all weekend ended up hanging with the Libra crew for a good part of the rally (Salty and Robin are righteous dudes!). When Paul came into Morris service, he had a broken propeller shaft, which was replaced at the 2nd parc expose. Kudos to Salty for being able to get Paul out there with AWD, and HUGE kudos to Paul for coming back from 17th to finish on the podium.

Ah yes, but was not the propeller shaft broken off inside of the Diff also making them replace the diff? (Sorry, I sat there and watched for a while as they appeared to replaced the diff and Drive shaft. )

And I heard Salty tell Paul that he wasn't doing this again, primarially because he only had 1 spare diff with him!
