was ooking on JB Niday's page and he mentioned that their VW was prepped by Douglas Davenport Racing. I'm wondering does anybody have a phone number or email address for them?

I'm trying to find a skid plate to fit my '94 VW Jetta III TSD/RallyCross car.

I found one at http://www.bptdesign.com/vw/skidplate/ but I don't know how stoute this one really is.

so.. if you know of where I can find one, let me know

Thanks
Paul K

That Breedt piece looks to be worth considering for a TSD/Rallycross application. It's a piece of paper compared to the skid plate/light mount system Guy Light fashioned for the Beetle, but it weighs a quarter as much. If it's not too pricey that looks to be a good starting place and once you move to a sturdier bash plate system there should be a market for that used plate.

make one yourself. or at least design it and take your picture to your local sheetmetal shop to be made. believe me it is good experience and is about the easiest thing you can fabricate for your car. derek bottles website has a good description of how to make one for a 323 but would be a good place to start. www.11tenths.com
