It looks like the grand plan to eliminate the bottom feeders from
PRO Rally is finally beginning to work.

Diesel was fast enough to win last year.
New car should be fast enough to post event wins, would 5 wins be enough for you to think I was worthy?
My question after looking at the start order is how can two seed 8 drivers be entered in the ProRally. I understand Grandfathered Seed 6's and Seed 7 Co-Drivers who keep their Pro License but, I thought newby's needed to be seed 5 in order to enter a Pro event.

These appear to be experienced Canadian drivers and hence not really Seed 8.
