Just got a letter yesterday in the mail saying go to the website for the entry packet. Sorry, I don't have it here or I'd post the link.

The site is [link:www.rallyedequebec.com|rallyedequebec] as you probably know, but the entry form is not up yet in either French or English. The flyer says you can fax for an entry form to 418 681 3854

Closing for entries seems to be 16 Feb., and money in by 18 Feb.

I know this doesn't help much.

It doesn't appear to be up. I assumed (I know, bad idea) that, since they had done the mailing, the form would be available. Especially so since entries opened on Jan 17.

Try this:

http://www.rallyedequebec.com/Documents/EntryFormEnglish2003.pdf

Click on "Competitors" on the top line menu
Click on "Documents" on the side bar menu

This opens up a page showing the Supps, General Prescriptions, FIA Sporting Code & Appendixes (Appendii?) AND the Forms.

I swear this has all been on line for at least two weeks now (the last time I surfed the site it was all there).

Cheers,

Bill Westhead

PS I just found their on-line registration link

The documents page has been there. The supps and entry form are new since yesterday morning. They had non-linked placeholders yesterday.

RE: Seems they are on top of things to me

On top of things?

Entries officially opened on Jan 17, yet the entry form wasn't available until Feb 5? Entries close in 10 days. This isn't really a major issue for Canadian teams, but it could be for potential international entries.

While I understand the pressures of organizing may cause some things to be delayed, if you are going to have an announced date when entries open (FIA-style) one would expect that the materials necessary to submit an entry would be available at that time.
