A reminder to all Rim rallyists: The schedule says there will be a Town Hall meeting after the awards breakfast. I encourage everyone to attend. I believe this is the time when the PRB should be preparing the 2003 rules and getting them out for member comment, so here's your chance to speak up in praise or disbelief--your choice as appropriate to your situation.
