For accurate information, go to: www.ojibweforestsrally.com.

Since the schedule isn't up yet (and likely won't be until sometime after the snow is gone from the roads fergoshsakes) here's the 2004 schedule, right from the official program:

Thursday, Aug 26th

Registration: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Practice Stage: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Friday, Aug 27th

Registration: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Technical Inspection: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Worker Seminar 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Worker Meeting 2:30 p.m.
Rally Starts 5:00 p.m.
First Car returns 12:00 Midnight

Saturday, August 28th

Parc Expose 12 noon - 2:15 p.m.
Rally Starts 2:15 p.m.
First Car finishes 10:11 p.m.
Awards festivities 10:30 p.m. - 2:30 a.m

I suspect the 2005 schedule will be SIMILAR, although not exactly the same. The dates, of course, are August 25, 26, 27.

Don;

Last year (from Toronto), my vacation was basically half of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Monday. As it happened, we got back late on Sunday since the car broke Friday night. We stopped overnight both ways.

I'm guessing you'll need Wed/Thur and Mon as travel days. It is worth the trip.

Like Bruce mentioned, the schedule will be similar to last year's, with a late Friday afternoon start, ending late Saturday night.

For those who care, we have decided to drop the Ranch stage, since it is not drawing the spectators like it used to. We may return to the Bemidji Speedway for a spectator stage.

This is very good news indeed.
- Thank you, Mark (I understand this may have been a difficult decision).

If you replace the first "at" in the address with an asterisk, it should work. Least that's how I've contacted him in the past.
