In response to several inquiries, please be advised that NASA will allow Snell 90 or newer ?SA? or ?M? labeled helmets for Rallycross only.

9/22/2004 ? Registration and insurance of vehicles:
Vehicles that will be transported to the site of Rallycross on trailers do not have to be registered or insured.
