Questions about these NASA rallies?

With the NASA aspect of sanctioning in the mix these days here are some questions I'm thinking of:

- Will they have a rulebook next year?

- Any hints if any current SCCA Nationals are going NASA? If NASA lets the organizers run the show and it's cheaper, why stay SCCA?

- Will there be NASA rally licenses?

- Any possibilities of NASA putting all these events together and running a Rally Championship?
