Today, CARS (Canadian Assoc. of RallySport) emailed and undoubtedly also snail-mailed to it's license holders their 'Rules Committee Report' and 'Request for Input' notices for the proposed rules and car class changes for 2003 & 2004. License holders are to reply to each proposed rule change and car class change by marking 'agree' or 'disagree' and have space alloted for comments.
The Rules Committee will then digest the feedback from the license holders and then send the license holders the compiled results with descriptions of the 'comments' feedback and if the proposed rule was agreed upon or rejected and why.
Why can't SCCA do this?
