the basics are a skid pad to practice/understand left foot braking and a figure 8 to practice weight transfer/snap steer
another would be just a line of cones, evenly spaced for slalom as mentioned above....but the last cone, scaninavian flick around it and go right back.
from there you can just set up a mini rallyX course with different radius turns, and maybe a strait into a corner with cones on the outside (to simulate trees) to practice trailbraking and TIMING. (scan flick is 50% how to turn, and 50% WHEN to turn)
