OK, having read my reply and two responses relative to Mr Light, I suppose the answer was a bit flippant, I apologize.
What I'm "up to" is a legitimate scrutineering question, and I'm trying to contact as many western states scrutineers as possible... If it gets down to phoning or writing then I probably will.

I'd probably simplify this and just call Guy. He's in contact with Doug Robinson all the time. 775-882-2535

Not sure Guy Light of Kayaks in Nevada is the same guy light as rally guy in the mid-west

Thanks John, I think so too. By the way, responses range from "everybody cheats" to "I tried all along to leave the restrictor question out of the rulebook (but to no avail)"...
