The Oregon Trail ProRally will take place on the April 24/25 weekend in 2004, rather than on the weekend originally scheduled. This change is at the request of the principal landowner.
"I am very happy that our forest managers are letting us run in April again," said rally chairman Ben Bradley, who really hates writing about himself in the third person. "This makes for a much better schedule, having our event 'partner' with Rim of the World, making it a more sensible tow for midwest and eastern competitors."
The event will follow a similar schedule to previous years, with the bulk of the competition on Saturday and Sunday. The host hotel will once again be the Red Lion Hillsboro hotel, which can be reached at 503-648-3500.
Please feel free to e-mail [email protected] with any questions, and updates to http://www.oregontrailrally.com should begin early in the new year.
Happy Holidays to all!
