Jane Lubchenco, NOAA Administrator, said, "I really believe this report is a game changer. And this report demonstrates, provides the concrete scientific information that says unequivocally that climate change is happening now."

BTW: As for Global warming.....
Here in Connecticut we had the coldest winter in many years. Spring is still frickin' cold! Suppose to max out at 65 tomorrow.

No Jason, that is not what the report says. Remember that this report was started under the previous administration.

Further searching of the document finds no mention of former Vice-President Gore nor Presidents Obama or Bush.
