In talking with several pro teams, I understand that most teams work with a 'Motion Plan'. This plan includes every person on the team and accounts for each person's location and duties each minute/15min./half-hour/hour of the event.
I am undertaking a fairly large project at work, and an example or template of a tried and true example would help me out a lot.
If someone could post something here, email me something, or refer me/us to another location, all of us could benifit from your experience.
