How come the 118 car above didn't run the Super Rally. I believe I saw Rooney driving the same car Moro drove.

Some electrical issues prevented the real UFC 118 from seeing the stadium floor. Luckly UFC 117 didn't get any damage during RCR and Tim was able to use it during SR.

Both cars looked really good. Bummed this one didn't see the action.

who owns those cars?

Both cars were built by PMR Motorsports and are owned by Pat Moro and Tim Rooney. Those are freshly built Rallycross cars and you will see them in 3 weeks in NJ.
