If Dave Coleman says Josh is mad, that means he's livid! Josh has addressed other police agency problems in the past on other motorists behalf (after market mufflers). Get as much info to him as you can. If I know Josh, he will push this even higher than anywhere mentioned so far.

I'd pretty much guarantee a CHP beating in his Column. Look at it this way, No writers block problem for Josh this month...
