Our Talon Tsi is equipped with 20mm sway bars front and rear and I have found a 23mm bar is available for the front, but I'm not sure what effect this would have on gravel, any opinions?

My guess is it will increase understeer if everything else is left the same.

No, not on gravel. On Rob's eclipse with GAB rally springs, we removed the front sway bar, and used the stock rear sway bar. (On Steve Gingras's advise). I drove the car at LSPR '96, it drove ok..6th OA.

In general, the slicker the road surface, the less roll stiffness you want.
