There is something funky going on with DNS resolution on the Internet and it is affecting RallyAmerica today. Experience is showing that if you try browsing to rally-america.com you will get a "server or DNS entry not found" message.

So, until that clears up, you can point your browser to:

http://208.255.44.186

and that will take you to the Rally America site.

Thanks!

I'm not having any trouble now, although I did have to use the IP address on Sat. Looks like Al has some work waiting for him when he returns from Ore-gun.

I'm happy to report that the DNS issue affecting the internet (and the rally america site) was NOT MY PROBLEM!! :) Our truck was affected as well, it took me a while to remember our IP address and configure all of the boxes in the truck with a hard address rather than a DNS lookup. It seems that several of the major DNS servers were having problems and if you wern't affected, you were lucky.

The DNS that is having the problem is going to be localized to which ever DNS server you use for your ISP.

99% its your ISP's DNS server that's having a problem

You could try setting a static IP and use a default DNS server like 4.2.2.2
