J.C. Montaron rallied a Mustang II in Alberta before he rolled it at the 1988 Rocky Mountain Rally.

Don Hanke rallied a 1969 Camaro in the NW in the late '80's.

Don't forget the Chadillac! http://www.flickr.com/photos/jimculp/2139825277/lightbox/ Chad ***** rallied this Cadillac Sedan de Ville in 1996.

And just to prove that literally everything has been rallied at one time I present the Pegasus III: http://www.rockymountainrally.com/rmr/history/photos_history/bendle_buggy_200.jpg, a tube frame buggy built out of an Isuzu Impulse AWD Turbo that Tim Bendle and car builder Art MacKenzie used to win the 1996 Rocky Mountain Rally overall.

My first rally car was a 1970 Datsun 1600 roadster. We made a steel top for it and off to the races..well Olympus 1983 anyway.

Gene McCullough
Olympus co-chairman
If I can find the tape, Gene, I have video of that car in action. I think at the ORV park.

this is a horribly bizarrely hopelessly incomplete list of a few car to have been raced in the wrc

Well motoman---that list sucks giant donkey cawks so I fixed it for you.
Absurdly incomplete...
No Saabs listed except 1 model 900. Wot da fock is up wif zat?

No Group 1 Saab 96s---No Saab 96s in Group2, No saab 96s listed in group 4---and I've been drunk with the last man to win a WRC event in a Group 4 Saab 96----
No Saabs 96 or 99 listed in Group A----and I , me was the last Saab 96 in a WRC event, and I sure as hell was entered in Group A--hell I built a fully legal Group A motor and great expense, must have spent at least 240 bucks.
No Saab 99 in any class--bullpucky
No Volvo of any sort in Gp 1, 2, 4, A

I mean come on..

The internet works best with hyperlinks, pages, lists, etc... not a single page with everything on it. :p

http://www.learnthenet.com/animated-internet/how-the-web-works/

But, maybe your argument is with the OP's grammar? I guess grammatically speaking, the person should have wrote "this is a website where you can find lists of every car..." yadda yadda yadda

Just like books work best with contentless footnotes and bibliographies with the address where a book was published but no further comments.. Right.

That is why the Internet is primarily a time wasting passtime for people to play with while supposedly working--judging from the time of day that 85% of the posts arrive.
And profoundly bad for any specific detailed info out of the mainstream.

And no, it is not grammar I am poking fun at; grammar is "we be reading your Internetz and it be doo-doo " That's bad grammar, and I don't make fun of spelling or grammar since I have bad spelling and crude grammar in several languages.

It's simply incorrect what he said..and he may very well not no it.

Here's everything someone's asked about that I (or others) have been able to confirm via Google or other sources:
Aston Martin DBRS9
Audi Avant (any)
Lotus Exige
Mercedes Benz 190E
Mercedes-Benz 450SLC
Rolls Royce
You don't know about the Merc SLC rally cars? One of my favorites

Here's a Rolls, but don't know the story.

Found a 190e on Google

Exige ran a tarmac event or two in Yurrup. This one was just a course car, but they competed with it later.

No DBS9, but they ran the Vantage over there too

I don't think there's been an Audi rally car in quite some time, so no Avants.

Mercedes 450SLC 5.0, used on some of the African rallies (like the Safari as in the pic)

Here's a Rolls, but don't know the story.
On one of the Marathons, I think (London-Sydney or London-Mexico).

Oh, and for JV, the list linked is all the World Rally Cars (a specific set of homologation/preparation rules), not all the cars that have ever run in a WRC event.
