We've had our DMS 50mm struts on the Impreza for about a month now. Haven't driven the car except around the yard. We noticed today while working under the car that there looks to be a red colored grease around the junction of the piston and the threaded part of the body. Is this normal? Should we be concerned?

All four corners have this discharge, although the rears a bit more. I can't imagine it's a problem as it's all four, but I thought I'd check with those that have them!

It's just lube for the wiper seal.
