Anybody have the rules on how the seeding
is determined in Canada.
I quickly looked through the Online
version of the rulebook, but did not see anything.
How is a competitors advancement through
the seeds determined.

Yeah, I can see how it would be easy to miss, since there isn't an entry in the index for "seeding". It's actually under NRR X, B - "Starting Order". Paragraph 1 deals with SCCA competitors, and 2, 3, 4 and 5 deal with all competitors.
