Yeah, what spoilsports.
Who needs a conract, why if they get more responsibilities, more work, more risk from all the drug and weapons crazed Yanks, why they should just do the work.
Hell they should not even get payed!
Fire them all, and let the Geheimstatspolizei of Ascroft and Ridge maintain Canadian security.
Those guys don't need no stinking contract, that's the American way!!
