Also, a total of 2 rally enthusiasts in Area 8 could have voted a rally person in for the BOD. The winner of the Area 8 election won with a grand total of 1 vote (himself?) LOL!

Sounds like how some division's drivers are selected to the ClubRally National Championship.

Not that it would have made any difference to rally people, but the race in Area 5 was a particularly nasty one, with both candidates campaigning heavily. The turnout was the biggest in years...but there are three REGIONS in the Area that could have each turned out almost the total vote that was cast.

Elections are beneficial only for those actively involved in the process.

I don't think there are 25 of us down here which is part of the problem. I think I got all 6 rally votes. But I am continuing to work on it.
