Ben was chosen because he knew that auteur means author and eponymous means "one for whom something is named" (there are lots of smart folks at Reed U!), but Bjorn left out the coolest parts of Ben's curriculum vitae. He's a serious, highly respected codriver with stainless steel balls (he rode with Pat Richard on that awesome record-setting Brockway Mountain overflight a few years ago), someone you really don't want to accept a "let's work on a hangover together" invitation unless you're prepared to tithe the porcelain gods early some a.m., and a genuine good troop! Despite all that, he is likely THE best addition that could be made to the PRB. Congrats Ben and thank you Christian, George, JB, Ralph, John, Beryl Ann and the BOD!
