a. Competitor at STPR displayed red cross improperly, and triangles on wrong side of road.
b. Dan Coughnour investigated the incident, interviewed affected parties, and reported on the incident and the penalty assessed to the PRB.
c. Penalty assessed was a one-event suspention and $1000 fine, payable to SCCA, and probation for the balance of the 2003 season.
