I have a 2010 Subaru STI for sale, I started to build it for my self but lost interest

the following work been done to the car list below:

Engine has 150000km, car was never tuned before I bought it, was all standard from the factory

OEM ecu tuned by rocket rally on 94 octane 21psi

Gauges, AIM air fuel and AIM boost gauge installed

ENGINE:
new water pump kit
new injectors
new fuel pump
new power steering pump
new alternator
new Mishimoto coolant hoses
TGV delete
full 3 inch exhaust
new 6 pot Exedy clutch
new release bearing
new starter motor
VF 37 twin scroll turbo used
cob crank pully
new belt

TRANSMISSION:
new 6 speed converted to rally quick release bell housing dip stick
and plated front diff

carbon fiber prop shaft

FRONT SUSPENSION:
new A arms and bushing
new wheel bearings with wheel studs installed
new steering rack
new tie rod ends inner/ outer
new drive shafts

REAR SUSPENSION:
new plated 3.9 diff
new drive shafts
new weal bearings with weal studs

BRAKES:
4 pot 2 pot Brembo
GPN disks

WHEELS:
1 set of 4 OEM wheels
10 method gravel wheels and tires

all 4 corner wheel well has UHMW

SPARE PARTS INCLUDED:
body panels
OEM breaks
OEM exhaust x2
starter motor
alternator
power steering pump
steering rack
brakes rotors
front bumper
fenders
wheel bearings just too much to list
all used parts were removed from the car, and replaced with new parts, they will be included in the price

since the car was rebuilt was driven 500 km and then stored in dry storage

Basically to make this car race ready, just needs a roll cage, suspension, and seats
