I was looking at the results of the 83 Voyageurs Rally and I'm curious
if anyone has results of later events that also ran in the Temagami area?

I co-drove it in '88 or '89. The "moonscape in the Temagami mines was simply sureal!

Yes, the Sherman mine transit was sureal, a 6 km. quiet zone that made using the network of roads possible.

In 83, Bjorn Anderson was averaging in the 100kph range on Red Squirrel road. But, talking to Martin Loveridge last week and him mentioning about being flat out in 5th gear in many places, I'm wondering how much faster the road became.

Tom you wouldn't happen to have a copy of the 1978 results around would you? Some sentimental value to me for sure.
It was known as the penninsula back then
Thanks
