Thanks Mark!!! Its gunna be a blast!
Roger and I left Bailey at 3am and got to Salem at around 630pm Central... all in all we drove about 14.5 hours.. Stopped twice for fuel and then the rental car. We have a Focus that changes interior light colors... awesome!
We are pooped and are starting recce at 7am tomorrow! Keep you all updated on our progress!

It has been pouring rain all day. The forecast for tomorrow looks like a low chance for rain. So hopefully that will pan out. But as it sits now it will be a muddy race for sure.

stages not too bad despite all the rain... the roads drain fairly well given their sandy loam texture... had to figure tht out on every stage.

I envision a run on non flavored PAM at the local grocery stores and wal-mart. If a flavor is a must do not get the butter flavored, it just smells weird when mixed with Missouri mud...

For those that haven't heard of the technique before, coat the inside of the wheels, especially rear wheels, with PAM and it will reduce the build up of dirt and mud inside the wheel. Helps avoid distracting vibrations and makes servicing easier and may lead to longer caliper life due to less wear. Especially beneficial for cars without wheel scrapers.

F#%*, sorry to hear it guys.

This is probably my biggest fear about rallies, all that time and effort and you're done in 10 minutes. It sucks bad enough when it happens an hour from home.

On the bright side, you can go hog hunting now.

The Text I got from Roger said it was electrical problem. I'm not sure if they were able to continue.
