I didn't finish the first event entered with the car - PFR 2006. We had a light off about 14kms into the rally into a 1ft deep v-cut ditch, but it was enough to break the ball joint, bend control arm, and the tire stuffed itself sideways into the wheel well. The driveshaft broke when we tried to drive it out.

I had two rally where we did not start. The first was the result of the MSD ignition module crapping out during recce, and we mis-diagnosed since the symptom was the rotor tip burning off. We replaced the distributor (thanks Colin) and it burned up again when I was re-timing the engine. By that time it was 9-10pm on Sat night, and sourcing a new MSD ignition was unlikely. The 2nd was due to a blown headgasket the night before leaving for Rocky in 2008. At the time we thought we had a cracked head, as the head gasket had recently been changed. btw: I've received new torque specs from ARP and haven't had another problem with the head-gasket since.

Otherwise, the car has finished all rallies it started. Best finish was 4th at Kananaskis 2009.

Hey chad, could you send me the build sheet and some pictures again? And would you be available sometime this weekend for me to come in and see the car? My cell number is 403-919-2851. Thanks!

Now that you have lots of extra time, we can always use workers for Kananaskis

Looking forward to seeing the new toy
