I'd like to! It would also help watching someone do the stage 3 times before I went on :-P Nice time guys...after DNF-ing 3 times the first time in the B Series, I guess I slowed down too much!

Looks like I'm losing all my time in the 3rd sector in the A Series. I'll give it a shot today again.

    Thanks,
    Alex

I can do the 1st sector about .2 faster, I got crossed up and lost prolly about .4 in the second sector, and could probably squeeze another .4 or .5 out of the last sector. Needless to say, I'll be hard pressed to get below a 46!

    Thanks,

    Default Your 'VIEW'

    OK,
I have got to ask this question....
    What 'view' is everyone useing?
Scott and I are useing the 'bumper cam' view but I prefer the center view in most cars(not all center views are setup the same)....
If you where to use the 'god' view you can see over crests!!
Just a question to see if we are comparing apples or oranges!

Are you using the Momo Logitech? They tend to loose their center after a while. Not really sure why. I've seen several do it after some hard driving. And they get progressively worse. In fact, you can start a stage with it completely centered and by the end, it's way off.

I've cured it with a new wheel. I don't know any other way.

    Sorry to hear it, buddy.

    B Series,
    DNF
    DNF
5:59.61, and, I ended rally in the U.S. by taking out about 30 spectators. At least they still flipped me back over after that.

I run the center first person cam that's on the bumper. I don't like it ideally because it's a bit low from the driver's view. Pprobably why on B series I run slow at times because I'm still learning stages.

I do like the driver view in car, but it varies so much and you have so much blocking your view it's not really how it'd look. I'm only running a 22" widescreen monitor so that's why I use the full screen out of car. If I had a large monitor I would probably stick with the in car and drivers/center view just for the height advantage.

Especially in the Fiesta, I can't see much from the incar view on my 17" crappy monitor. I use the bumper view, but it's definitely harder to read the road and the notes aren't very good :-/

I've been thinking of making my own pace notes mod since I think I'm probably more qualified to make it than most people modding RBR out there. I'll look into the code a bit.

    Thanks,
    Alex
