    Default DOO WOPS Trash talk!

Ok guys, here it is. Since entries have opened and we are officially gearing up to run, I cannot contain my excitement so I have to let it out in the form of trash talking! Being G5/2WD/RWD centric, I'm wondering if anyone will be challenging us and our 20 rear old RX-7 for first 2WD to finish, possibly 1st OA? Us being from roads that aren't like freeways, we actually learned how to drive, so being first 2WD car to finish would be nothing but the norm.

This should get y'all started! Let the trash talk begin!

BTW, for any of those folks out there that think any of what I said above is serious, lighten up, this is just for fun. Lisa and I extatic to run this event and just want to get the fun started!

Cable methinks that you may be taken to school here in the Northwest.
I will be present with the Volvo. It will be in it's best ever mechanical form.
Lets see if some practice gets me back up to speed in time.

    Hold your breath!!

Mr Callahan do you have the Schoolbus ready to roll??

Derek have you found a suitable rear-driver yet?

I'm very excited to get back out there with the Fire Breathing Monster.

    This will be fun.

To finish first, you must first not crash.
I personally am looking forward to great competition.
My car, too, will be in the best shape in a long time. This is gonna be fun!

It looks like for the first time evar, that I'll get to find out what a rallycar with real suspension is like. Now if we can get it to make power, well well well... just gotta repeat the mantra; "we're not gonna crash"

Jay I have long been concerned with how far off the road you will end up with a car that handles well.

For the uninformed; Jay has never been in a rallycar that has handled worth a damn but he has never let this slow him down. Think 'Grant Whiting' without the smoke.

I predict that if I get the Opel done in time I will show up and drive down some gravel roads.

John I too am concerned about wadding it up into a ball so I'll be driving like grandma in an attempt to have it survive it's first event as a sorted car....

Of course having different better suspension may still be a ways from 'sorted.'

Jay you have to move your stuff to higher ground?

Hey this is trash talk..... what is this 'Trying' business?

I have every intention of bringing my 48 pack of Whoop-ass to this event.
I've been saving them up for a few years.
