    Default Worker Sprints

Hot off the press....the entry fee for the sprints next weekend will be...(drum roll )...ZERO dollars !! That's right , free entry !!!

Olympus Rally is covering the cost of the sanction and insurance. This will help offset some of the additional fuel costs for the WW journey. There will be a collection box for charity however. The charity hasn't been decided as of yet.

Who said entry fees will never get cheaper ?? So please donate to the charity fund and give Steve McQuaid and John Forespring a huge "attaboy !!"

I would guess to be there around 8AM, but that's only a guess.

No need to be sorry, everybody is confused about this. Show up at 8 a.m. and you may be the only starter.

So if cars go to tech at 8 and there are maybe ten free entries, the first car out could be 9:30 or 10? Get the timed runs done by noon and cruise to the beach!

Janice says: "bring to the sprints":

Bug repellant (river, creek, water, woods= bugs)

First Aid kit (to use after you fall into the blackberry brambles, a gopher hole, the campfire, the river, the creek, whatever....)

$ (cash) for Saturday lunch, Sunday breakfast and Sunday lunch, $5.00 a meal, all you can eat. (Town is 10 miles away....) Oh! And bring $10.00 to buy a very cool "Sprints Survivor" T-Shirt, especially designed for the occasion!

    Did I mention Bug repellant?

Warm clothes for the evening, although the weather is supposed to be nice, it can get cool in the woods and by the river.

Tip: Wear hiking boots or sturdy shoes if you'll be tromping around the woods, etc. there are lots of freshly mowed areas waiting to "trip" you up...

    See you soon. JD
