    Yeah, but there aren't a lot of places that will let you hold your rally there without insurance.

    It's too bad we can't just 'check out' some roads like a book from the library. We supposedly own the forest service roads anyway, right? Then there'd be no one to require insurance. I gotta quit hitting myself on the head. These silly dreams are getting out of control.

    Unfortunately, we co-own the forest service roads with people who don't want us on those roads.
