And while a rally may not have authority over an FAA pilot, it does have the right to declare a no-fly zone for spectator safety....

Part of what Jimmy is saying is that in a small car, there is no place to put your helmet during transits. Plus water bottles, triangles, energy bars, tow ropes, etc. etc.

I have used the stock seat belt mounting points. I have also been able to maintain the stock seat belts so any problem passing state inspection is reduced.
