Hello,

I have placed an order with you on Jan 27 (13 days ago). The order has been stuck in "Pending" state ever since. I have sent you numerous emails regarding this order, all of which have been ignored. At this point (not knowing how long I will have to wait) I have ordered from another supplier, and simply want my order cancelled. Please PM me so that this matter can be resolved.

Best Regards,
Alex

John,

We have received no order from you in the recent past. You must have us confused with someone else.

This was addressed to Susquehanna Motorsports (a.k.a. rallylights.com). They don't seem to be checking their email, so I thought I would try to contact them here.

Dave,

I'm not sure why you are looking for orders from John. This thread was started by myself - Alex, and I definitely have a pending order on your site, rallylights.com.

Alex

Update: I have just received a phone call from Susquehanna Motorsports, who have apologized for the issue with their email system and cancelled my order per my request.

Thank you.

Sorry to be abrupt, but did any of the young people today (don't know if it fits this person or not) ever hear of a device called a telephone (also known as a phone). Their phone number is on their web site and I've never had them not answer their phone during business hours (which are also on their web site). It's an invention that works remarkably well for a conversation with usually immediate results.

Is this "Pone" some kind of new fancy App?

Does my smartphone have some sort of app for this "phone" you speak of? Is it one of the Facebook extension apps or something? Next thing you'll tell me is that people use ink on paper and the postal service to correspond too. You kids and your technology!
