Hey everyone, been lurking for awhile, but registered lately. I've been spectating at STPR for a couple of years, and have recently gotten out of engineering school so I hope to more rally related stuff in the future.

I normally live in Philly, but my parents have a farm in Allentown where I get to play in the woods and the machine shop.

Short term goal is to work radio, from there who knows.

Thanks for being a great forum,

I responded to the email, didn't have much content in it.

Anyway, here's a picture of my Impreza after I butchered it's roof. I hope to do a write up for dirty impreza in the near future.

(It's a huge picture so instead of embedding it, I just linked. Gotta scale them suckers.)

Keep an eye out for Philly region SCCA RallyCross close to you and come down and play with us at Summit Point in WV next year too!

I went down to Summit Point to watch a Bolivian rally or something like that a couple months ago. Strangely enough, I went with my buddy who lives in Silver Spring.

Welcome!!! I have seen your posts on NASIOC. Wellsboro here, but I grew up 25 miles north of Philly. Start with radio work... Great! STPR can always use extra radio ops -- then again, so can almost any rally!!!:) If you want to get your first taste of radio work, we are staging a one day coefficient 2 rally on February 12th on the Waste Management stages. We will be needing two teams of six to eight radio operators. I am not certain when the stpr.org (http://www.stpr.org) website will have volunteer signup ready, I assume after the rally naming contest is concluded (http://rally-america.com/news/latest/831/). Perhaps this will fit the bill to get you started?

I saw the one day WM rally on a bunch of websites and was wondering about the volunteer situation for that. I sent you a PM on NASIOC but didn't hear back from you. Once the details are nailed down I'll sign up. Although I don't know if the camping will be as good as STPR.

I'm trying to get the weekend free for the New York Winter Rally too, since that's an even closer drive.

Sorry, for not returning communication, I don't think I got any email notification about the PM... or perhaps I just missed everything due to the Thanksgiving rush. Camping at that time of year will be "invigorating"

Welcome, I'm in Bethlehem. Probably gonna work/spectate at the WM event if I don't have a ride 'cause new car isn't done by then.

I think you linked the wrong picture. Didn't you want the one with the antennas mounted?

I linked to the right one, it's just that the antenna's are a little hard to see with the shop background.

I need to get out my DSLR and shoot some pictures, these were just quick iPhone shots...
