Peter Malaszuk and Darek Szerejko of QS Motorsport returned to the rally stage after a nearly 8 years break driving a 2002 Subaru WRX for Amtec-Zywiec Rally Team. They finished the first day of Rally New York USA 6th overall and 5th in their class (AWD) but even if the second day started good, unfortunately the transmission went off before SS20 start and the team had to retire from competition.

“I’m obviously sorry that we didn’t finished the race but despite the problem that we had with the transmission I am optimistic about the future of the team. Now I can say for sure that we will return to stage rally,” said Peter Malaszuk. He also added that if everything goes as planned, we will see them at STPR.

Peter Malaszuk and Darek Szerejko Team would to thank to their sponsors: Braid Wheels USA, Clutch Master, ISC Performance and Amtec-Zywec for their support.
