Cline with new hopes for 2011

Rally America Championship Series regular Evan Cline and 2009 Super Production co-driver runner-up Greg Dorman will team up for 2011 season, to join Cline Racing Sports in their Super Production Subaru. The team is set to debut on January 28th during the opening round of the series, the Sno*Drift Rally, based in Lewiston and Atlanta in the northeastern lower Michigan.

Cline, the 2008 Rally America Central Division Champion in Production GT class, plans on competing in the entire series this year. He hopes to upgrade his 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX before the West coast events.

Dorman started his rally career in 1996 as a co-driver in his native Poland. Some of his many accomplishments are the 2007 Eastern States Rally Championship, a 3rd place finish in two-wheel-drive, and he was the 2008 Rally America Central Division co-driver runner-up.

Cline hopes to continue his climb to the top of the class. “I expect the addition of Greg to the team will help put us over the top.”

Greg adds, “With my experience of over 50 rallies, I hope to increase the team’s chances to improve with each and every rally.”

Cline Racing Sports is supported by Exedy Racing Clutch, Disc Brakes Australia, Carbotech, Hawk, Recaro, Innovate Motorsports, Magnus Motorsports and Mobsteel.
