This is happening this weekend even if we are the only ones there. I have limited amounts of time I can take off from work and this was already setup so its going forward. Hope to see some others as well but this is happening one way or another.

On the plus side lots of interest for future test days and we will have some video and pics from this one so everyone can get a better idea about the facility. Down side is next time I'm taking deposits from interested parties instead of their word.

We are going to be discussing with the owner and those in attendence a future test date for sometime in early/mid september. Just a heads up for anyone that might be interested then. It will be on a Friday again with access to several roads but not the main track area on saturday.

Thank you to those that are able to attend this weekend, it will definately be worth your while and the benefit of a smaller turnout is increased seat time.

I would like to thank the Bartons and Randy Zimmer for coming out to our test day. It was great hanging out with you guys and we look forward to doing it again soon. I'll put some more stuff up tommorrow as its late, I'm sunburnt and tired but here is a clip of the track from the roof of our evo and some outside footage to give everyone an idea of the track.

No problem Randy. I was too tired for much in the way of clever commentary anyway. I'll have the out of car vids of you and the bartons up soon. Great meeting you!

we had an awesome time. thanks to the marshals for spending a day in the hot sun, without you we could not have set up and ran the courses we did.

competitors got to design the stages...
co-drivers got to write pacenotes...
lots of open space in areas that allowed trying different techniques each run...
lots of runs...
FRS radios worked with a midpoint radio-relay person...
marshals did a great job...
safe and fun...
hair pins...
over short tarmac sections...
chicanes...

well worth the time to come out and play for the day. plus the access to the banked oval track!

hopefully more people will come out for the next event. hopefully a tiny jump next time, i'll bring the shovel!

in-car videos soon.

-Brian

this weekend was a great weekend for sure. Practice with other teams is just priceless.

Also we got to test the AMR suspension. Which worked perfect ! I didn't get it right set up yet, since the clutch master cylinder failed on us. But the suspensions is superb.
I'm looking forward to see how i can run it in the race.
The AMS brake kit , also worked seamlessly. No over heating or so. The brake force is just unbelievable.
Also thanks for all the sponsors + the great people who show up at the practice days.
I can say we got a great bunch of guys out there. I do really appiciate they effort and help. Without them it just wouldn't worked.

Some of the guys you might know:
Like Brenden, R.M.S
Logan Ghostofmakkinan.
etc.

Thanks again, I cant wait for the next year when we will start our first race year officially.

here is some pics:
