No, the complete lameness of trying to brake , turn or accelerate on snow or worse on ice without special "Tractionized" essentially street car ice tires makes you want to use the real,proper, glued in, re vulcanized, made in Finland winter rally tires. (I've help some Ice Racing guys up in Maine bring in several hundred Finnish Black Rockets, but their Rules are made in a General Mass Meeting---in a big bar---lots of beer!--- so they simply asked the membership directly.)

The problem is entrenched dinosaurs in so called "leadership" positions who drag out the same tired excuses year after year after year: "It's the same for everybody", "It's illegal in Michigan" (totally forgetting that driving 135 km/hr down the little roads is also illegal---and that everything we do is with special dispensation (dispens till dig) and the clincher : "we had to so ....."

Mads Ostberg is a pretty good driver along with Andreas Mikkelsen. I imagine we will be seeing more of them in the future on the WRC.

The norwegian championship is one of the best around.

hehe thanks for the comments! i tried to film for the Norwegian tv crew but i didn't find it my cup of tea enjoy making my own much better. But i do anoy my self do death sometimes when watching rally on tv, especialy wrc, most others aren't so bad it's just that they try to make it look cool but fail miserably, Rally America is retty good though.

The thing is i seem to be hunted by the tv crew now, on ss1 i didn't get the right positon beacuse the camera guy placed himself right infront of me and i got a bit pissed but the second part was better, and on ss7 you can see him right beside me and when i moved across the road he folowed me
